How We're Helping
"Artruism" defined:
Art - the creation of beautiful or thought provoking works, e.g. in visual arts, music, film, dance, drama, or writing.
Altruism - an attitude or way of behaving marked by unselfish concern for the welfare of others; the belief that acting for the benefit of others is right and good.
We are a Lexington, Kentucky based 501(c)3 non-profit org.
This page will be one of the ways we show
what we (and you) are doing to help those in need around you and how the arts can help bring the community together.
It will be one of the main expressions of our growing network of creative and artistic people with the desire to make a real difference in the world.
