RLC-NETWORKS is a telecommunications company that was founded deep in the heart of bourbon country, the central Kentucky town of Versailles, in March of 2022. Our principal office is located just a few short miles from the city of Lexington, also known as the horse capital of the world. Our founding team members have been working locally from Lexington to Louisville and most towns in between for well over a decade.

We have assisted customers and our partners in The Mid-South through several major franchise transitions along with new fiber infrastructure.

Annual grants help over 40 regional artists and organizations big and small build the infrastructure they need to light up our lives with music, dance, and theater, visual and literary arts. Events like our enormously popular LexArts Hop, exhibitions at our LexArts Gallery, city-wide Public Art projects and our new ARTS Events Calendar connect the community with the art that’s everywhere. Research shows that arts-infused communities rise and shine across the nation, and seriously good things happen to local economies. In ours, a $32 million arts and cultural industry supports 1,185 full-time jobsand kicks in $3.2 million taxes in city and state coffers. Our programs entertain millions of residents and visitors and the education initiatives of our partner organizations engage over 220,000 children every year.
